Covers use of the Career Velocity BD platform ("Coqui"), by a client business that subscribes to it and by anyone who messages a Page, comment section, or website chat widget it operates.
Career Velocity BD ("we", "us", "our"), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operates an AI chat automation platform for client businesses. These terms apply in two ways:
Using the platform, in either capacity, means you accept these terms.
We provide an AI assistant that a Client connects to their own Facebook Page, WhatsApp number, comment sections, and/or website, to reply to Visitors, answer questions about the Client's products or services, and (where enabled) book appointments or take orders on the Client's behalf.
We act as the Client's technology provider. The Client owns the relationship with their Visitors and is responsible for the accuracy of the information (products, pricing, hours, policies) they configure the assistant with.
When you message a Page, comment thread, or chat widget running on this platform, you're speaking with an AI assistant configured by that specific business, not with us directly. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your information and how to have it deleted.
The assistant does its best to answer accurately based on what the Client configured, but it can make mistakes. For anything important (a booking, an order, a commitment), the Client -- not us -- is responsible for honoring it.
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. A free trial, where offered, automatically ends after the stated period unless upgraded to a paid plan -- no card is charged automatically at the end of a trial. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We work to keep the platform available, but it's provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance, and third-party services we depend on (Meta's Messenger/WhatsApp platforms, our AI provider) can affect availability outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Velocity BD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost business or lost data, beyond the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using the platform at any time by disconnecting your channels and cancelling your plan. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, sends unlawful content through the assistant, or abuses the platform (e.g. spamming Visitors).
If we make a material change, we'll update this page and revise the date below. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
